CICS focuses on using the individual's innate gifts and talents to restore original purpose and enhance individual achievement of personal goals.
 

Reach Out and Connect (ROC) is an emotional support help line, using telephone calls, emails and messaging technologies for those who are in need of a friendly voice when they are feeling alone and afraid. ROC clients need not be in an active crisis to take advantage of the service. Para-professionals provide emotional and spiritual first- aid in a wide range of issues, allowing for support outside of therapy. 

My Life Action Plan (MLAP) is deployed to improve emotional health and functionality of high school age youth, through innovative service- learning curriculums, targeting specific and neccessary life skill competencies. MLAP incorporates prevention-oriented activities, character instruction, problem-solving skills, conflict negotiation curriculum, volunteerism and long-term mentoring. An individual mentor directed Life Action Plan, engineered for goal aquisition is the essential component, to enhance the transition of the teen to true adulthood and productive citizens.
